All reservations must be paid before your arrival according to the chosen cancellation conditions. We sent you an invoice for advance payment with a payment date according to your chosen cancellation condiitions.

If you paid the reservation online with card, then you may have a confirmation of payment.

In your confirmation, you will also find a link to the administration of your reservation to learn the necessary information.

At the reception we accept cash in Czech crowns, euro and most common cards.

The deposit is an amount of money we require at the arival and it is refundable. All of the houses have their own owner and we try to maintain the houses in great conditions. That is why we require deposits from our guests to cover potential damages of the house, garden or the area. 

The most often there are issues with broken glasses, lost cutlery, broken plates but also with parking on the lawn,  dirty walls or damaged furniture (mostly by pets). 

You should check the house at your arrival (we checked it during the cleaning and before your arrival). In case you find some defects, you can report it at the reception and we will check it. When there will be defects found at your departure, we would use the money of your deposit to fix them. 

The deposit it 3.000 CZK per house and it is paid by a credit card. The amount is blocked during 14 days (depending on your bank).

In some cases you can pay the deposit in cash.

In our park there're 2 professional charging station for electric cars. You can use them any time for your electric car.

We do not allow charging from the sockets in the house. Not only because of consumption, but also because of the overload of the network.

Houses & bungalows are fully and comfortably equipped.

There is no:

- dishwasher,

- Combined hot air and microwave oven,

- Toaster,

- kettle,

- Nespresso coffee machine (we will be happy to sell you at the reception)

Of course there are plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery for all people and a little extra.

On arrival you will find in each house:

- made beds

- big and small towel for each person

- kitchen cloth

- 3-5 dishwasher tablets according to the size of the house

- jar with sponge, cloths and substitute garbage bags

- toilet papers

- soap

We recommend taking with you:

- All you might miss, such as a swimsuit or clothing

- Special aids that are not standard in equipment

- Hairdryer, or you can borrow it with us

- Personal hygienic means (shower gels or shampoos are not in the house)

Yes, each house has its own wi-fi network. 

You will find log-in and password in a handbook that is in the house. 

You can connect to the wi-fi network for free, there are no restrictions of the number of users.

The house has a TV with a Google Chromecast smart device with Google TV.

You can watch TV programs in Skylink TV for up to 7 days (czech programms only)

Other applications like YouTube, Netflix, HBO Max etc. are downloaded on Google Chromecast.

These services are not covered, but you can apply for your own login information.

You can connect to the TV via HDMI, for example, a game console, via USB other memory media for your use.

There are no game consoles in the house.

BBQ is not directly in the house, however, you can rent it at the reception, including the charcoal.

Of course. And we think it completes the magical atmosphere. 

No need to take wood with you. At the reception you can buy a package of wood inclunding the fire starter. It will be sufficient for 1-2 evenings.

Warning: do not put anything on the fireplace and watch your children. The surface is very hot while using the fireplace. 

You can store your bikes or skis in the houses in the technical room. If they don't fit, then we have a bike shed in the reception building. You will receive the keys to the bike shed immediately upon arrival, so you can store or pick them up at any time.

We strongly recommend that you do not leave your bikes or skis overnight on the land of the house, but store them in the technical room or bike shed at the reception.

Yes.

There is a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers directly in the reception building. You receive the keys to the laundry upon arrival, so you can use the laundry whenever you want and you are not bound by the opening hours of the reception. The washing machine and also the dryer are available to you for 50 CZK / 1 usage. There is a coin collector in the laundry room.

Laundry capsules can be purchased at the reception for 20 CZK/capsule.

Dogs are in most of the houses welcome. However we need to know about taking your pets with you during reservation, so that we choose the right house for you. 

We charge 200 CZK / dog/ day.

Dogs are not allowed to run around the premises freely and you as their owners are responsible for them.

The nearest beach is about 300 meters from Residence Lipno. 

Walk down the hill from Residence Lipno toward the main road, cross it and go through the areal of Amenity Resort to the grassy beach.

Lipno Ski Resort is about 1,2 km from Residence Lipno. 

You can get there by skibus that stops at the main road (ca. 200 m from Residence Lipno) or with own car to the central parkingplace at the lift.

The nearest shop (COOP) is at the parking lot by Lipno Ski Resort about 1,2 km from Residence Lipno.

It's open 24/7 with app Contio.

More shops are in Frymburk (ca. 6 km) and in Vyšší Brod (ca. 15 km). Bigger ones in Český Krumlov (29 km).
